A lot goes into planning a trip, and we want to help you feel confident and excited about your choices. Here's some information that might be helpful as you prepare to book your stay. Of course, we're happy to answer all your questions.

How many people can each pod sleep?

Each pod can sleep up to four guests. The sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed on the mezzanine level and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area.

Are the pods suitable for families?

Yes, our glamping pods are ideal for families, particularly those with children. The layout offers comfortable sleeping, outdoor space, and nearby attractions such as Drayton Manor, Kingsbury water park, Cliff lakes and much more

Do you allow four adults to stay in one pod?

No, we do not accept bookings for four adults in one pod. While the pod sleeps four, it is best suited to families with children or couples wanting extra space.

Is bedding and towels provided?

Yes, all bedding is provided along with complimentary soft towels for a relaxed, hotel-style stay. Fresh towels and change of bedding mid stay can be supplied at an extra cost 

​

Are the pods heated and suitable for year-round stays?

Yes, each pod includes heating and air conditioning, making them comfortable throughout every season.

​

Is the hot tub private?

Yes, every pod has its own private wood-fired hot tub.

​

Are hot tubs available all year round?

Yes, hot tubs are available for use all year round.

​

How do the wood-fired hot tubs work?

The hot tubs are wood-fired and easy to use. Full instructions are provided on arrival. We also offer a pre heat service plus a box of wood for only £29.

Do the pods have private garden areas?

Yes, each pod has its own private garden area.

​

Is there outdoor seating or a fire pit?

Yes, outdoor seating and a fire pit are provided with each pod.

Can guests use the fishing lake?

Yes, guests are welcome to enjoy the private fishing lake during their stay at no extra cost.

​

Do I need to bring my own fishing equipment?

Yes, guests should bring their own fishing equipment.

​

Do you provide fishing bait?

Yes, you can bring your own baits but in the event you haven’t then maggots and sweetcorn can be purchased on site.

Are the alpacas always on site?

Yes, friendly alpacas roam freely around the site. On wet days they may stay in there shelter so we cannot guarantee they will pay you a visit every time.

Are dogs allowed?

Well-behaved small dogs are welcome. We don’t allow big dogs as Alpaca do not like dogs. 

​

Is the site fully enclosed for pets?

No, the site is not fully enclosed, so we kindly ask that dogs are kept on a lead at all times when outside. Dogs are not permitted in the fishing lake, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets to help keep the site enjoyable for everyone.

Where are the glamping pods located?

How close are you to The Belfry Golf Resort?

We are just a 5 minute drive from The Belfry Golf Resort, the PGA course is just behind our pods.

Is there parking available on site?

Yes, free on-site secure parking is available.

​

How do we check in?

Check-in is via self check-in key box. Access codes are provided on the day of arrival.

​

Is there WiFi in the pods?

Yes, free WiFi is available in the pods.

​

Are the pods self-catering?

The pods are suitable for light self-catering with a microwave oven and small fridge freezer.

​

Are the pods suitable for special occasions?

Yes, they are ideal for birthdays, anniversaries and romantic getaways.
